Rudraksha
Rudraksha are the dried seeds of the rudraksha tree. They are good for the heart both physically and spiritually. They are often used in meditation (like the rosary by Catholics). It is believed to "open the heart chakra."
Rudraksha can be used in a number of forms. It can be worn in a necklace of the beads externally, in front of the heart. You can also soak a rudraksha bead overnight in water and drink the water in the morning. Drinking rudraksha water is believed to reduce blood pressure and strengthen the heart.
Other ayurvedic herbs used to manage
The term “Rudraksha” itself symbolizes Lord Shiva. “Rudra” stands for Lord Shiva and “Aaksha” for Shiva’s tears. Lord Shiva himself is the first ardent user and admirer of Rudraksha.
Rudraksha seeds are a wonderful gift from Mother Nature, as they constantly radiate tremendous life force energy. For thousands of years, divine sages and yogis have worn or used rudraksha malas for their many physical, emotional and spiritual benefits.
Rudraksha seeds help to calm the mind, lower blood pressure, and fill you with divine energy vibrations. Every kind of sin can be purified through the blessings of rudraksha seeds, and they also protect you from negativity and harm. Rudraksha malas are especially significant for practices related to Lord Siva, like meditation, Siva mantra japa, or Siva puja. Whether held in the hand or worn next to the skin, rudraksha seeds gently stimulate and awaken the kundalini energy, encouraging it to flow upwards through the sushumna
