Wave Resistance — лаборатория экспериментальных исследований электронной музыки, философское путешествие на обратную сторону мира и сознания с помощью языка техногенной музыки. Термин волнового сопротивления обозначает характеристику среды распространения колебаний и волн, определяется геометрией и структурой проводника. Wave Resistance is a project-laboratory of experimental research in the field of electronic musiс. A philosophical journey to the reverse side of our world and consciousness through the language of the technogenic music. The term “wave resistance” was taken from the radiophysics and denotes a medium characteristic of the wave propagation that is determined by a conductor geometry and structure. Wave Resistance is focused on IDM, post-industrial, rhythmic noise, ambient and experimental electronic music. The project was based in Moscow in 2013. Wave Resistance has released albums on such labels as Abstrakt Reflections (Argentine), CRL Studios (USA), Eternal Turns (Russia) and Null Sonics (Russia) and played live sessions on the different events like Sonic Tea, Circles on the Water, Nullёvka, Inflaton in Moscow (Russia), Noises from the Basement in Belluno (Italy), Shellter in Volgograd (Russia), Solar Systo and Circles on the Water not far from Saint-Petersburg (Russia). The creator is a physicist and he works on the development of scientific instruments. WR has also side-project called Waldgrenze in honor of his one-year research in Germany, love of nature and the ecological idea of the mutual coexistence possibility of the different aspects - natural and technogenic. Waldgrenze is focused on ambient, drone, noise, dub, folk and field recordings.
