18 years old, Tom Ibarra is a young composer and jazz guitarist with influences Funk-Rock-Fusion. Born on 3 October 1999, he started playing the guitar at age 6 and composed since the age of 11 years. He is the youngest guitarist endorsed by Ibanez France (March 2015) and Roland (March 2016). In 2013 and 2014, Tom won 1st SACEM prize for "Jazz Festival of Saint-Ouen Flea" and participates as a guest of honor in 2015. Also in 2015, a special prize is awarded by the jury of springboard "Jazz Festival at Lighthouse" allowing him to be in programming 2016. on January 30, 2016 he won, this time with his band, the Young Hope Action Jazz at the "springboard Action Jazz" takes place at the Rock Palmer. Tom has recently created JAZZINDIA for Building Detours of Babel in Grenoble, compositions fusing jazz and Hindustani classical music.
