The SONNY THOMAS Show is a hard hitting, in your face, making you think radio program from long time activist and promoter, Sonny Thomas! He is a native of Dayton, Ohio and lives in Springboro, Ohio that he happily calls home about 12 miles south of the Dayton area. Thomas as 2.5 years of radio broadcasting experience first hand as a program director, hard rock/metal director and air personality at his college formatted H.S. station from 1990 to 1993. His show "Sonny Z and The H.M.D." tm was a highly rated show at the time and was the first show that actually put the station in the local radio station ratings. which was usual for a non commerical / education program. He also was a big promoter of local / independent bands; gave them airplay, interviews and charting status on CMJ each week. After leaving the station due to graduation, he kept up on promoting good music and finally resurfaced in 1999 after seeing some local bands at McGuffy's House of Draft in Dayton, Ohio. After 9/11 he began his first website for www.TheHMD.com, learned some basic html programming and really started right where he left off at following music. By 2004 he became very politically aware and even though he was an independent voter, supported Bush. After the election when we all realized we got hoodwinked, he really became aware in 2006, thanks to a documentary called AMERICA: Freedom To Fascism and that was his first contact with Congressman Ron Paul of Texas. By Feb. 2007 Dr. Ron Paul announced he was running for President and the flood gates had opened. Taking inspiration from the first Cincinnati Tea Party meeting on Fountain Square in March 2009, and from Sarah Palin running as VP, he started www.SpringboroTeaParty.com in Sept 2009, got on the Pedestrian and Bicycle Committee for the city of Springboro and began running for local positions in the Warren County GOP. By Jan. 2011, he began airing programs on TimeWarner Digital cable ch 991 to wake up the masses and began slowly working on elements for his own hard hitting show. After several appearances on other internet radio programs and a few offers to co-host, he was offered his own show in Jan 2014. First program began on Thursday Feb. 6th, 2014 from 9-11 EST on www.BlogtalkRadio.com/TruthEmerges network. Though content will vary from hour to hour and day to day, you can be sure that Thomas will cover many topics within the rhelms of Music, Politics, Geopolitics, economics, life, NWO, Constitutionalist, Activist, a consumate promoter, Tea Party, Traditionalist, Nationalist issues and stances. The best part will not only be his own commentary, but we can only imagine the endless gallery of guests and their topics of discussion that will make The SONNY THOMAS Show an instant hit!
