Shanguy

Shanguy is a collective of musicians created by DJ NRD1 in summer 2017. Nrd1 had already made a name for himself on the Italian electro scene with his remix of Lykke Li "I Follow Rivers". Followed a serie of collaborations until he stumbles onto French singer/songwriter and producer Eon Melka and Italian singer/song-writer Frank-O. The three team up and craft a UFO-song mixing French and English on the theme of "Louze" (typical french loser spirit!). "La Louze" rapid success, including a Platinum Award, propels the collective into an exciting adventure across Europe. The three musicians join forces again and release another successful song; “King of The Jungle”, breaking the boundaries between dance music and pop. In Summer 2018 Shanguy performs at the Warsaw Stadium. In September 2018 the Italian singer Shady joins the collective and performs with DJ NRD1's project for the first time in Italy.
