Rox Brothers are a new rock band from Moscow. Sasha (guitar, vocals) and Nikita (bass, vocals) Rox have been rocking the world since their teen years. Being born and raised in a musical family, they were introduced by their father, a professional musician and writer, to the best of the best of rock music like Queen, Zeppelin and Deep Purple in their childhood. And since then, both brothers have carried the torch and essence, and magic of those legends of rock music with a new modern approach. But all the best aspects of those giants are present here-killer riffs, powerful drive, top-level performance, and meaningful lyrics. All blended with “now” sound and recording technologies. Despite "The Moth" being their first English original release, these boys are hardly newcomers on the international music scene. Participation in different roles in Eurovision, The Voice, numerous festivals, and even winning Guitar Idol (a virtuoso contest in London) gave them priceless experience on the World Big Stage. Their energy, both live and in the studio, has no limits. Apart from playing their instruments and singing, these guys are also writers, producers, arrangers, mixers, as well as professional actors. Unity is what our beautiful yet troubled world needs the most these days. Music remains one of the very few institutions in the modern world that can still unite people of different cultures, religions and colors of skin. And the Rox Brothers, with their premiere song "The Moth", proclaim unity through music. The international writing team behind this song, consisting of Rox Brothers of Belarusian and Armenian origin, Israeli Leo Gutkin, and American Rick Jude, is a living proof of the fact that music has no borders. The song and video show the inner struggle of the Man in his evolution to elevate himself through darkness to the Light. The almost alien-like depiction of “human moths” is clever and mysterious without being contrived or cliche. It’s a musical dystopian dream, a dramatic plea that cuts like a knife. The vocalists and the band's look and powerful performance generate an authentic crescendo of emotional tension while maintaining a momentum of high energy.
