As you are interested in becoming a mystery shopper, you probably are aware that customers are sometimes very badly treated. Many companies present themselves as customer centric, but many of them are still failing in delivering great customer experiences. Our ambition is to bring mystery shopping to a next level for national and international corporations. We help our clients in monitoring the customer experiences.
