Beginning of political contest ..................................................... Afghanistan, step by step goes to its 3rd presidential election. Candidates are about to explain their policies on 16th of (Hamal) and try their political chance, in other hand, Afghan citizens by their participation go to the voting centers to chose the president of Afghanistan for next five years. The candidates despite of not registering their documents to the Independent Election Commission at outset, Finally at the end of deed line for registration, some relatively famous and powerful candidates joined the presidential elections contest. First of all Mr. Besmila Shair the leader of Wafaq Mili party despite of not being politically powerful or famous, registered his Name and document. After that Dr. Abdullah Abdullah the leader of Ietelaf Mily party with two of his assistants, who are considered politically important, have registered. Mr. Abdul Rab Rasol Sayaf resigned from his position and After Dr. Abdullah registered his documents, and also Mr. Karim Zanji were among the candidates who have registered their documents to IEC. On other hand, Mr. Ashraf Ghani Ahmad Zai, Ghol Aqa Shair Zair and Abdul Rahim Wardak resigned from their governmental positions. And Mr. Qayom Karzi brother of president Hamid Karzay, Mr. Muhammad Hanif Atmar and Zolmay Rasol the current foreign minister of Afghanistan are among the candidates, who are about to register their documents to IEC in two days, and formally participate the presidential elections. Thus, unlike previous periods of elections that relatively low and weak candidates on social and political bases had participated the competition, This time important and impactful faces have entered the game. So far, all candidates except two or three, are among the politically impact full and powerful. Thereby, it is predicted that there won’t be more than seven or eight candidates for presidential elections. And eacho one of them are supported by different political groups in the country. However, it looks like the political ground would be so hot, but during the elections candidates are struggling to show their team and polices better then ever for criticizing on other candidates, by doing this, they would be able to pave the ground for their victory in elctions. Healthy and peacefull political competition is common and acceptable and could be found in any democratic and political community.
