[id591480981|Aang] — is the only surviving representative of the nation of Air Nomads who were destroyed by the People of Fire in the year 0 PG. He is an Avatar - a person capable of using all four types of magic: air, water, earth and fire. It was with the goal of killing him that the People of Fire attacked peaceful monks. Aang escaped from his mentors shortly before these events, but found himself frozen in an iceberg for the next hundred years. All this time there was a war in the world. After awakening, Aang must fulfill his mission: to master all kinds of magic and restore peace.
