The client balance in PDS isn't matching what's showing in GCS??? I see the letters folder but I can't find the agreement so that I can replace these two forms. Do you know where it is at?

I need to know where I can print and view the total type of referral that we have so far. We failed to deliver postal package which was sent on the 8th of July in time because the recipient’s address is inexact. Please print out the invoice copy attached and collect the package at our department.

I just got off the phone with Lana from Pds and she informed me that while I am collecting admin fees the NW fees must be coming from the admin Column and not the maintenance column. Basically I want to know if I can deduct the NW fees from the maintenance column while I am collecting my admin fees

This issue is not closed, nothing has been done to resolve it. You all simply have not been able to re-create the issue or possibly even understand it based on recent notes. The problem still persists

I had a file come to me for David Denning #16494. He had his electronic signature submitted. OES shows agreement sent status and under the quote tab it states agreement is signed. In PDS there is no client agreement attached in the scanned documents. Can you please look into this?

As we discussed today, I would like to work with Prime Debt on providing reports for affiliates. We currently have a wealth of detailed data available on the FTP site so that the debt settlement company's affiliates and sub-affiliates have a clear understanding to able to forecast, review payment and deposit information and returns. I understand that you will discuss with Eugene. As soon as you do, I would like to schedule a meeting to begin the process and iron out the details.
